Meulensteen Virtual Academy Prize Draw

These terms apply to the Meulensteen Virtual Academy Prize Draw at the Football Victoria Club Coach Coordinator Gala. By entering, you agree to them.

The promoter

1. The promoter is the Meulensteen Virtual Academy, operated by Australian Institute of Leadership Pty Ltd (trading as XVenture), ABN 90 149 349 217, of 310 Bong Bong Street, Bowral NSW 2576 ("we" or "us").

Who can enter

2. Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 or over. Parents or guardians may enter on behalf of a child, but the entry and any prize will be in the adult's name.
3. Our employees, contractors and their immediate families can't enter.
4. One entry per person. Extra entries from the same person won't be counted.

How to enter

5. Entry opens at 7.30am on Sunday 8 November 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 22 November 2026 (the entry period).
6. To enter, scan the QR code or go to xvlnk.co/vic-ccc-gala and complete the form with accurate details during the entry period.
7. Entry is free. You don't need to buy anything to enter, and the only expense is your normal internet or mobile data charges. By entering, you'll also receive a Basic membership to the Meulensteen Virtual Academy. Basic membership is free, has no ongoing cost and can be cancelled at any time. We'll email you your login details and messages about your account. We'll only send you marketing emails if you tick the box to receive them.

The prizes

8. There are five prizes. Each prize is a 12-month membership to the full Meulensteen Virtual Academy (Elite membership), valued at $140 including GST. The total prize pool is $700.
9. The membership starts when the winner activates it and runs for 12 months. It must be activated by Friday 15 January 2027.
10. Prizes can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.

The draw

11. The draw will take place at 9am on Monday 23 November 2026 at 310 Bong Bong Street, Bowral NSW 2576, using an online random number generator.
12. Five winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in deciding the winners.

Winners

13. We'll contact winners by email and phone within two business days of the draw.
14. Winners will be announced on the Meulensteen Virtual Academy website and Facebook page by Friday 27 November 2026, using first name, surname initial and club only.
15. Winners must claim their prize by replying to our message by Monday 7 December 2026. It is each entrant's responsibility to give a valid email address and mobile number. We are not responsible if we can't reach a winner because their details are wrong or our message doesn't arrive. In that case, the prize will be redrawn under clause 16.

Unclaimed prizes

16. If a prize isn't claimed by Monday 7 December 2026, we'll redraw it at 9am on Tuesday 8 December 2026 at the same location and in the same way as the original draw.
17. Redraw winners will be contacted and announced in the same way, and must claim within 14 days.

Your details

18. We'll collect your details to run the draw, contact winners and send you the skills you signed up for. We'll only send you marketing emails if you ticked the box to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

General

20. We may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, false or doesn't follow these terms.
21. If something outside our control stops the draw from running as planned, we may change, pause or end it, subject to any direction from the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission.
22. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
23. This promotion is run under the laws of Victoria.
